Returns PolicyTo ensure the safe return of your items and the correct allocation of the items to your order, please follow the guidelines below:
• Please return any items purchased from the iStadia MarketPlace on istadia.com directly to the supplier whose details will be on the original packaging.
• Please use the cardboard box in which your product or book was delivered and the manufacturer's original package (if any) to return the item.
• If you no longer have the original cardboard box, please include the name of the person who ordered the items and the order number in the sender field on the package.
Our 30-day returns guaranteeIf you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, please return the goods and paperwork within 30 days of receipt to the address below. Goods returned in resalable condition, will be subject to a full refund of the purchase price, excluding the original and return postage and packing. We regret we cannot accept returns of opened software, videos, CDs or DVDs. If you have received damaged goods, please return them with the relevant paperwork to the designated supplier (not to iStadia) within 14 days.
We are unable to exchange items that are not damaged, defective or incorrect.

Refunds Policy.In the event of sending you a replacement for a damaged, defective or wrong item, you must return the item to the designated supplier within 30 days. istadia.com reserves the right to charge the price of the replacement item to the payment card used for the original order if you do not return the original item to us within 30 days of the date on which istadia.com confirms we will issue a replacement.
