Q. Can I pay in my local currency?
A. Yes. Prices are listed in GBP (£), USD ($) or Euros (€) depending on the option that you have chosen on the site. To see prices in GB£, US$ or Euros, click on the appropriate flag at the top of the screen. Note, this applies to the MarketPlace only; clicking on these flags elsewhere on the site changes the Homepage location.
For all other currencies PayPal will convert the price into your own currency at the time of payment.

Q. How long will my order take to reach me?
A. We aim to get your order processed, dispatched and delivered to you within the following times:
UK - 2-3 working days
Western Europe - 3-5 working days
Eastern Europe - 7-14 working days
North America - 7-9 working days

Q. Is express delivery available?
A. Express delivery options exist, but you must contact our office for details
Q. What happens if I place more than one order on one day? Do I need to contact you to ask you to consolidate my order and adjust my shipping charges?
A. If you place more than one order on any given day but before 16.30 UK time, we will consolidate your orders and adjust your shipping charges accordingly. You do not need to email or call us - we'll make sure you're billed only for the items and combined shipping cost. If there is a reduction in shipping charges you will receive a credit against your credit card subject to a handling charge of £10.00. If this exceeds your credit, no further action will be taken and where possible you will receive your orders in one combined parcel.
Q. Do DVD formats differ across regions?
A. DVDs can be played in any region of the world, so unlike videos there's no need to choose a specific format. The DVD’s when advertised on this website will work within your DVD player.
